IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0, or TOEFL iBT 92. The requirement is waived after two years of study taught wholly in English.
Every doctoral offer we make carries a guaranteed five-year stipend, tuition remission and a conference travel budget. There is no separate funding application.
Campus tours run twice each weekday during term and on the first Saturday of every month. Book through the contact page; overnight stays can be arranged for applicants travelling more than 300 miles.
Seminars are capped at twenty and the first-year studio module runs in groups of twelve. Large lectures are always paired with a weekly small group.
