Terms of use for this website
These terms govern your use of the Northcrest University website. By using the site you accept them. They were last updated in February 2026.
1. Using this site
You may read, print and link to anything published here. You may not misrepresent the university, present our material as your own, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or the accounts of other users.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- One person, one account — accounts may not be shared or transferred.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
- We may suspend an account where there is evidence of misuse, and will tell you why.
3. Admissions and offers
Information about programmes, fees and entry requirements is published in good faith and is accurate at the time of publication. It does not constitute an offer. An offer of a place exists only when it is issued in writing through the applicant portal, and is subject to the conditions stated in it.
4. Short courses
- Enrolment is confirmed by email; a place is not held until that email is sent.
- Paid courses may be cancelled for a full refund up to fourteen days before the start date.
- We may reschedule a course where enrolment is too low to run it, and will offer a transfer or a refund.
- Recordings are provided for personal study and may not be redistributed.
5. Intellectual property
Text and layout on this site belong to the university unless stated otherwise. Photographs are licensed from their photographers. Course materials remain the property of the academic who wrote them.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where a third-party site is linked from here, that link is not an endorsement and we are not responsible for its content.
7. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date, and where you hold an account we will tell you by email.
